1. About grepfeed

grepfeed is an AI-powered trend aggregator that helps creators discover content ideas by curating public trend and content data across user-selected niches.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. The Service is not intended for children.

3. Accounts

You may need an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions, access, and refund policy

Subscription access

When you purchase a subscription, you receive access to data curated for the package you selected (the "Subscription Content") for the duration of your subscription, subject to these Terms.

Plans and feature limits

We offer free and paid plans. Features, sources, limits, and refresh cadence vary by plan and are described on the Site or in the Service. Some social sources (such as X and TikTok) are available only on paid plans. We may update plan features and limits over time.

Billing and renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the plan you selected, including applicable taxes. Payments are processed by our payment provider (currently Stripe), and you agree to their terms and privacy practices.

Upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation

Upgrades take effect immediately and may result in a prorated charge for the remainder of the current billing period. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout or in the billing portal. You can manage your subscription in the customer billing portal.

Refunds (first-time purchases only)

You may request a full refund within 7 days after your initial purchase only if you are a new customer making a first-time purchase ("First-Time Purchase").

Refunds are not available for:

• Renewals, recurring charges, or subsequent purchases after your First-Time Purchase
• Re-activations, plan changes, upgrades, or add-ons made after your First-Time Purchase (unless required by applicable law)

Chargebacks

If you have a billing issue, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Unnecessary chargebacks may result in suspension of your account.

Changes to pricing or plans

Restrictions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to grepfeed for the subscription during the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or, if greater, the minimum amount required by applicable law).

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or used the Service unlawfully. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will end.
